Follow signs to Coal Creek Pkwy (toward Factoria).
Continue on local streets toward SE 27th Pl (Richards Valley industrial area).
Turn onto SE 27th Pl and continue to 13434 SE 27th Pl.
From I-405 Southbound (I-405 S)
Take Exit 10 – Coal Creek Pkwy / SR-90 / Richards Rd.
Follow signs to Coal Creek Pkwy (Factoria).
